1. General Provisions

2. Registration and account creation
Account creation: To gain access to SelfMastery Zone courses, users must register by providing a valid name and email. The user is responsible for the safety of their account data and undertakes not to transfer it to third parties.
Data relevance: The user undertakes to provide accurate and current data upon registration and to keep it up to date. SelfMastery Zone is not responsible for errors in the provision of services caused by incorrect information on the part of the user.
3. Payment for courses and refund policy
Course prices: The price of each course is indicated on the course description page and may vary depending on the content and duration. SelfMastery Zone reserves the right to change prices, but changes do not affect courses that have already been paid for.
Payment: Payment is made through secure payment systems. SelfMastery Zone does not store or process bank card data; all payment transactions are processed through our payment partners.
Payment confirmation: After successful payment, the user gets access to the course. In case of technical problems with payment or course activation, the user can contact support.
Refund policy: Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, if the user has not yet started training (for example, less than 10% of the materials have been viewed). If the course has already begun, no refund is provided. In some cases, a refund may be considered individually.
4. Access to courses and rules for using content
Access duration: After payment, the user gets access to the course materials for the period specified on the course page. Access is usually provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Content Use License: All materials available on the SelfMastery Zone platform are intended for personal use only. The user has no right to copy, distribute, sell or publish course materials, or provide access to them to third parties.
Course Updates: SelfMastery Zone may update and improve course materials by adding new content, changing the structure and correcting errors. Users registered for the course receive access to updates during the term of their access at no additional cost.
5. SelfMastery Zone Responsibility
Quality of Services: SelfMastery Zone strives to provide quality educational materials and services. We make every effort to ensure stable access to courses, but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical work or unexpected failures.
Limitation of Liability: SelfMastery Zone is not responsible for the results of training, since success depends on the efforts and level of involvement of the user. The platform also does not guarantee that completing the courses will provide specific results in the professional or personal sphere.
Data Privacy: We will store and process users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Obligations
Responsible Use: The user agrees to use the platform solely for personal learning and to comply with all rules of conduct established by SelfMastery Zone.
Prohibited Actions: The user is prohibited from:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to SelfMastery Zone systems;
Copying or distributing course materials;
Using the platform to publish offensive, illegal or unethical content.
Respectful Communication: The user agrees to maintain respectful communication with teachers, other students and SelfMastery Zone staff. Harassment, discrimination and unethical behavior are not tolerated.
7. Certificates and Course Completion Verification
Certificate Requirements: Upon completion of a course and successful completion of all requirements, a user may receive a SelfMastery Zone certificate. Depending on the course, this may include tests, practical assignments, and projects.
Certificate Use: A certificate verifies successful completion of a course, but is not an official license or diploma. SelfMastery Zone is not responsible for the recognition of a certificate by employers or other organizations.
8. Modification of Terms of Use
Modification of Terms: SelfMastery Zone reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. An updated version will be published on this page, and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Modification of Services: SelfMastery Zone reserves the right to modify courses, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend or terminate access to services. In the event of changes, users may be given access to similar or improved courses.
9. Privacy Policy
